How it works and what happens during the session?

During the first session, we’ll:

Conduct an interview and collect complete information about you – your eating habits and physical activity, health status, course of pregnancy, personal dietary preferences, blood tests, taking medications and supplements.
After that, we adjust expectations and set goals.
I am building an initial action plan for you, which includes according to your preferences:
  • An initial nutrition plan (menu) that is adapted to your lifestyle.
  • Primary intention in choosing the types of foods, their combination and the timing of eating.
  • Personal instructions regarding weight gain and taking nutritional supplements.
  • Behavioral guidelines such as getting organized with shopping and cooking, physical activity and more.
  • Recommendations for additional blood tests if necessary.
During follow-up sessions, we’ll:

  • Track your progress: I’ll monitor your weight gain and how you’re feeling with your nutrition plan.
  • Make adjustments: We’ll fine-tune your menu as needed, based on your body’s response and any changes in your lifestyle.
  • Support your goals: We’ll discuss motivation, strategies for travel, adjusting to work schedules, and share easy, healthy recipes.
We will discuss how you should conduct yourself in situations of low blood sugar, exercise and/or medication (if prescribed by the doctor).
